Refund policy

We want you to love your Dimlune mask. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, masks that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

To start a return, email maximodd15@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return needed.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to post it.
