Shipping is free on all US orders. Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas, with an estimated delivery time of 12–17 business days.
Once your order ships and tracking is available, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the mask is unused and in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons). If your mask arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
